Tuesday, May 14 was the day.
We gave the children time off from school, myself and Rahel had time off and booked the tickets online.
This Tuesday was a lucky day, as there were hardly any visitors. The shortest waiting time for a ride was no less than 1 minute! Normally this is 45-60 minutes!!! And the weather played along too!
I've never experienced that before!!! The children could hardly believe it, especially Mava. Because it was their first visit to Europa-Park. We kept hearing them ask: „Do we have to pay for this ride?“
Even after repeated explanations, this question was asked throughout the day.
Yes, it was a happy and beautiful day. Carefree with lots of whooping, laughing and happy screaming on the rollercoaster! That's right, Ilay was big enough & old enough to go on the BlueFire with me!
For the first time, I was scared on a figure-eight track! For me, the worst and fastest lanes were the best! I still love whirling through the air to this day.
But with my lovely son, who is just big enough to stand in the queue. But is he tall enough to avoid slipping out of his seat?
Suddenly the track appears incredibly high and fast and, and, and....ohjeeh!!!
But all goes well, it was less dramatic for Ilay than for me, ufff!
He is thrilled and can hardly believe it. Now quickly to the next ride, Poseidon, Pegasus, Arthur and all the others.

After the Poseidon water ride, Ilay was so excited that we queued up again.

On a normal day, the number 45 or 60 minutes appears!

It was a carefree and beautiful day.
A welcome change from the preparations and the many uncertainties of the last few days and weeks.
Happy, whirled through, shouted out and amused, we drive home again.
